Please include your watch model, watchOS version, app version and what happened. Leave out feeding histories, your child’s name and sensitive health details.
How do I log a feed?
Tap Log feeding, choose when the feed ended, then choose Large or Small. The app calculates the next reminder using your interval for that label.
Why did a reminder not sound?
Check that notifications and Background App Refresh are enabled for the app. Check that alerts are not paused and that sound is enabled in the app. Silent Mode mutes sound; Focus can affect notifications. For Sleep Focus, allow Time Sensitive notifications. Keep your watch charged. Delivery still depends on watchOS and device state.
How do I change the next reminder?
Use Postpone to move the current planned reminder, or pause alerts when you need a break. Changing an interval in Settings takes effect with the next logged feed and leaves the existing plan unchanged.
How do I delete a record?
Open History, swipe the entry and choose Delete. This removes the history entry; it does not cancel the current reminder. Pause or adjust that separately if needed.
Is my history synced or backed up by the developer?
No. Records stay locally on your Apple Watch and are shared with the app’s widget on that device. There is no account or developer-operated backup or cloud sync. Any system backups are managed by Apple.
Which devices does it support?
Apple Watch running watchOS 11 or later. It is a standalone watch app; you log feeds on the watch.
Does the app tell me when my baby needs to feed?
No. It tracks the times and intervals you choose. It does not assess feeding needs or milk intake. Ask a healthcare or lactation professional about feeding or health concerns.
